CA Gold Canada — Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with CA Gold Canada.
We take pride in providing premium cricket gear and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If something isn’t right, our return process is simple and secure.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included

  • The request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • The product is not marked as final sale, clearance, or customized

Non-returnable items:

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of use (grip wear, ball marks, toe damage, chips, cracks, etc.)

  • Used batting pads, gloves, helmets, or protective gear

  • Gift cards

  • Consumables (bat grips, grip cones, tapes, oils, etc.)

We cannot accept returns for bats that have been knocked in, oiled, used, or damaged due to improper use.



2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

If the return is denied:
We will notify you with photos and the reason for refusal.
You may choose to have the item shipped back to you at your cost.


3. Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges.
Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of packaging, product, and issue

  • We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you

5. Warranty (Cricket Bats & Gear)

Cricket bats are natural wood products.
Minor dents, seam marks, surface cracks, or toe marks are normal and not covered under warranty.

Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects.


6. Return Shipping Fees

  • If the item is defective or an error was made → We cover return shipping

  • If the item is returned for personal reasons (wrong size, changed mind, etc.) →
    Return shipping is deducted from your refund.
